Hello everyone!  Thanks for checking out my personal blog.  Certainly it’s not anywhere near daily (or even monthly, for that matter), but it’s a basic compendium of scattered thoughts that I’ve had as I come across them.

I’m a general practitioner physician in the New York/New Jersey region of the US, with over 30 years of extensive experience in internal and family medicine, and have engaged in research in the past as well.

I’ve also have had much contribution and collaboration with my friend, Dr Vince, a doctorate-level certified registered nurse practitioner who also has many years of experience in primary care and internal medicine. Prior to his entry into medicine, he was an IT professional, and is also a 9/11 survivor.
